Green-Legged Partridge Eggs

Eggs from Polish breed of hens called the “green-legged partridge” (“ziolononóżki”) are of high quality. Hens of this kind require breeding in meadows, lawns or pastures. Compared to those of caged hen eggs, these eggs have a reduced cholesterol content by up to 30%. They are a source of amino acids, A and E vitamins, minerals and fatty acids. Two such eggs make up the RDA for vitamin B12.
